Meet the Pete's

As usual, we're mega behind on blogging... It's almost Christmas, so I've got about two months of ground to cover. Let's play the catch up game! Starting with.. Florida!

Mom and I took Scarlett to Florida to meet great grandma Allin (mama), Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Debbye. We took off the week of Halloween, which was fitting. Sometimes grandma Allin is kind of Scary ;). Not the happiest elderly lady on the planet..

We had a great time! Mom loved every minute with Scar and made sure she spoiled her plenty.

While we were out there, we were able to catch up with some good friends, the Schwartz family. Rick, Crystal and Matt have been good friends of ours for years. We met them when my sisters and I were in the Sacramento Youth Symphony with Matt. They've since moved to Florida. Crystal also had fun spoiling Scarlett. Oh the life of a cute baby! No shortage of attention on this trip.

Some fun memories from Florida were; Going to the beach my took us to as babies, Uncle Jimmy taking me shooting, dinner with the Schwartz family, visiting aunt Debbye at work, watching grandma Allin show her sweet side with Scarlett, taking Scarlett to "trick or treat" at the Schwartz's, Aunt Debbye on the ground with Scar and lots of stuffed animals, Seeing Matt all dressed up in his cop gear (what the heck?! When did that crazy little boy grow up??), lunch date with uncle Jimmy, listening to grandma's crazy rants about the world ending, Debbye trying to teach the babe new words (one of them being "thank you", pronounced "taaa-tooo"), and just spending lots of time with mom!

A complete stranger keeping Scarlett entertained on the flight! This kid has no stranger danger anxiety.. She kept wanting to sit with this guy. Obviously we were right there and in clear sight the whole time ;).
